Ordering Information: Peter Stone office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  Orders can be placed via our secure website or by fax 24 hours a day. It is helpful when placing telephone orders to have order information written down including item number, size, stone, etc. A Tax Resale Number must accompany first wholesale order. Minimum order value $100.00 and orders under this amount are subject to a $27 handling charge.  

Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. A $17 charge may be added if “rush” delivery is requested. Refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Payment Terms: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, COD cash for first orders. An open account can be established upon credit approval.  Payment terms may be extended from 10 to 30 days depending on credit history.  Accounts become past due the first day after net due date.  Past due accounts are assessed a 2% per month finance charge.  Returned check fee is $30. Domestic & International wire fee is $30.

Return Policy: A return authorization (RA) number must be requested within 5 days of receiving an order and that number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.  Assortments must be returned as complete packages. A 20% restocking fee is charged for orders received without an RA number or for orders returned after 5 days limit. Credit will be issued upon inspection.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned, if the customer makes error ordering and wants to return an item.  Returns only, Does not include excahnge.

Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 for return authorization and instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.

Prices: Due to price fluctuations in precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice.
